How do I get my merchandise delivered and how much will it cost?
Truckloads or pallets of merchandise will be delivered by a truck or “18 wheeler” as they are commonly called. If you do not have access to a loading dock prior arrangements will need to be made for a “lift gate” truck. This will need to be discussed with your sales representative when you call. We can arrange your freight for you. Our Logistics Department will be happy to arrange shipping for your merchandise and with the volume we ship we can usually obtain discounts that we pass on to you, of course. Purchases of less than a pallet are typically shipped by UPS.

How much are the shipping costs?
The cost of shipping is determined by the distance and weight. Call our Logistics Department for a free freight quote.

What is a Pallet?
A pallet, sometime referred to as a skid, is commonly made of wood or plastic. Merchandise is stacked and wrapped in plastic and/or strapped on a pallet to facilitate a forklift or pallet jack to quickly move it onto or off of trailers and around the warehouse. In the liquidation industry the term pallet is used to refer to a “pallet of merchandise”.

How do I pay for my merchandise?
Payments are most often made by a wire transfer. Although, we do accept credit cards, debit cards, cashiers checks, money orders and of course cash. Payment is required prior to shipment.

What is the minimum purchase?
This depends on what merchandise you are buying. For pallets of department store returns, with no manifest, we have a three pallet minimum to ship.  If you pickup at our warehouse you are welcome to choose only one pallet if you desire.  However, you can purchase a single pallet of manifested overstocks, closeouts or new merchandise. We also have apparel lots, accessory lots and footwear lots. These are “less than a pallet” and can ship UPS.
